The creation of a suggested marketing plan is designed to include the existing successful activities along with new marketing activities. The goal is to show the customer measurable positive changes for the business. TCS can even be hired to assist with the execution of the new marketing plan
Financial - This service is designed to inexpensively assist a client in reviewing their current profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and other financial documents. Our services allow us to review these documents and work with the client to find ways to make cost cuts throughout the business.

  2. Agreement – TCS and customer will agree that the needs analysis includes all of the parameters which the customer would like to see included in the solution(s).
  3. Exploration – TCS will work with all of our resources to build solutions that address the parameters of the needs analysis.
  4. Compare – TCS will build an analysis comparing the different solutions and, if appropriate, the customer’s current solution.
  5. Presentation – TCS will present the proposed solutions in great detail to ensure  the customer is able to make educated decisions.
  6. Performance – TCS will completely manage the execution provisioning of the solutions.
  7. Support – TCS will support, directly or indirectly, every solution that is purchased by the customer.
